Full-Time Program
We hired over 160 full-time candidates and 350 interns/Co-Ops
off campus in 2006. The University Recruiting Department is
responsible for the overall strategic planning and execution
of Broadcom's comprehensive college relations and recruitment
programs.
The definition of a University Recruiting candidate is someone who has
graduated from college within the last 12 months with a Bachelor's,
Master's or PhD or is an upcoming graduate. While Broadcom has a series
of "target" universities and colleges where we actively recruit, we pride
ourselves in the fact that we can hire from any college or university in
the world.
