Potential Candidate receives an email acknowledgement that his/her profile/resume has been successfully entered into our system. Recruiter reviews resumes |
Global Broadcom Recruiters have access to and search our proprietary resume database 24/7. The Broadcom Recruiter reviews resumes that meet the search criteria to identify which resumes appear to best match the position's requirements. The Recruiter identifies the best-matching resumes and sends to the Hiring Manager for review. Candidates may be phone screened. |
Interviews scheduled |
The most competitive candidates for the position are scheduled for an interview with hiring representatives from within the various business units at Broadcom. These interviews are most often conducted face-to-face; however, some interviews may be conducted via phone or VoIP. The candidates will usually have several interviews, each with a different member of the hiring team. The decision is reached by considering the input from all members of the hiring team. |
Selected candidates contacted |
The Broadcom Recruiter and/or the Hiring Manager contacts the candidate who best meets the requirements for the position and offers them the job. The written offer letter will include information such as start date, salary, restricted stock units and relocation (when required). |
