Job Requirements
- Recent or upcoming graduate desired (Between December 2006 and June 2008)
- Graduate Degree with a concentration in Finance or Accounting, CPA or MBA preferred
- Strong academic record (3.5 GPA or above)
- Must have at least 2-4 years progressive financial work experience in high growth technology environment
- Must have strong MS Excel skills; Hyperion and Peoplesoft skills (a plus)
- The ideal candidate would have prior financial experience in a semiconductor firm. In addition, have strong
leadership experience, communication skills, systems knowledge, as well as analytical ability

Job Description
Support monthly financial outlook and reporting process and prepare presentation packages. In addition, prepare a monthly outlook which includes spending, headcount, and revenue forecasts. Provide rebate support and analysis, while assisting LOB Controller in updating/analyzing customer rebate programs. Provide monthly Demand/Supply Assessment, and assist the LOB Controller in facilitating the monthly process of reviewing and inputting the demand forecast for all products as well as customers. In addition, prepare presentation packages. Maintain Project Resource Reporting, and maintain reporting for all key R&D programs. This should include key design metrics such as headcount, schedule, die size, etc. Provide Financial Analysis for Special Projects by supporting strategic and tactical operational decisions with the appropriate financial analysis. Assist with the investment decision making process and perform return on investment analysis for new products and present results to senior management. Perform month-end close and analysis, while assisting the LOB Controller in facilitating a monthly or as needed operational review of the Line of Business's performance as well as key priorities and issues.
